Overview

When: Monday, 03.06.2024, individual time slots of 40 minutes from 11.15 a.m. to 7.15 p.m., end of the last session 7.55 p.m.
Where: QUARTIERTREFF Guthirt, Lüssiweg 19, Zug. (10 minutes from Zug train station, parking available at the cantonal school)
What: Find out how your body copes with stress and how you can use breathing for regeneration.
How: Your heart rate variability is measured by means of an ECG recording on your wrist and evaluated personally. After the measurement, you will learn how you can positively influence your health with a specific breathing exercise.
