Use the home advantage now
The Cham running group collects kilometers in Ennetsee.
The podium places in the club trophy are a recurring theme for the Cham running group. Positioned far out in front, it ensures that markers are set, times are recorded and records are broken in Lake Ennet.
The Trophy dominator, Philipp Arnold, collects his record-breaking kilometers for the running group. And he has some fast club colleagues. Among them are Martina Nussbaumer, Joanna Murphy and Andrea von Ah. However, the course records for the short and medium distances are still held by the coach. Patricia Morceli founded the training group and leads it with a lot of heart.
It is constantly growing
Word is getting around about the professionalism with which the Cham running group trains. Morceli now offers sessions on Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings in addition to the established Tuesday evening training. On Wednesdays, the legs are not quite as fast. On Thursday, members can choose between an endurance run or stability training. For those who want to hone their speed even more intensively, there is specific track training twice a month. "It gives me great pleasure to witness the progress of the individual members." Morceli explains that she also cheers for each individual at competitions.
Work well distributed
Daniel Föllmi has once again taken on the role of stage manager. He is also a long-standing and fast member of the running group: "Around 14 members help to read the maps, so two days per person." Föllmi adds that this means the work can be well distributed.
Exciting participant event
On Wednesday, June 20, the sports brand Skinfit is offering a promising workshop in its store in Sempach. Triathlete Ruedi Wild will be giving valuable tips for a stable core. In addition, all participants will benefit from a 15% discount on the current Skinfit range. Not registered yet?
